The Cayman Islands Government has stepped up our national response to the COVID-19 pandemic by announcing the closure of our airports to all international commercial flights through October 14, 2021.

However, we’ll continue to welcome our local community, offering monthly Avecita Chef’s Counter pop-up experiences twice per month, alongside hosting private Chef Counter experiences on request.

Nestled inside Ave restaurant, like a baby bird tucked under it mother’s wing, Avecita is Kimpton Seafire Resort’s signature dinner-only venue, a theatrical culinary experience showcasing Spanish tapas-inspired dishes. Choose from two distinct dining experiences. For an up close and personal experience, claim your spot at the chef’s counter or Communal dining encourages you to be social so take a seat, you never know who you’ll meet. Whether you are seated at the Chef's Counter or at the communal tables, Avecita is a culinary memory you'll take home as a souvenir.

Behind the bar are three communal tables seating 30 additional guests. Here you’ll enjoy a Spanish tapas-style menu. An inventive beverage-pairing program features rare and iconic Spanish wines along with handmade cocktails that blend in local produce.

Whether you’re seated at the chef’s bar or at the communal table, Avecita is a culinary memory you’ll take home as a favorite souvenir.

Private Chef’s Counter Experience

The ultimate foodie experience, featuring front row access to our live kitchen, led by Executive Chef Massimo De Francesca, five beautifully plated courses, champagne pairings & up to 13 of your favorite people. Reservations must be made 10 days in advance. 10 – 14 party size required.
