A Destination Wedding

Memorable Details

The couple wanted to make the most out of their destination wedding, and they used our prime location to their advantage: a family dinner, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party at nearby restaurants, time with nieces and nephews at the Turtle Farm and Dolphin Encounter. Once friends arrived, the party really started with a catamaran day trip for the women, while the men went deep sea fishing.

The ceremony took place on our beach deck. Creating an elevated tropical vibe were greens, beige tones, and pops of white with a white aisle ensconced with tropical arrangements of pampas grass and white florals. Guests were welcomed with modern day love songs played on violin, and everyone felt the romance as the couple said their vows at sunset.

But the party had just begun! Wedding guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the beach deck, drinking from real coconuts while enchanting music from the steel drums wafted gently. The reception took place on the Seabridge Green, where the beautiful greenery and tropical florals that decorated the space were an extension of the lush environment already present. Natural wood tables and chairs with beige linens were accented with centerpieces made up of gorgeous green and pink florals. Rattan lamps framed the bar space, while fairy lights hung above, twinkling as the party carried on into the night.

When asked what was most memorable about the event, the couple said “Once we arrived through the Seafire doors, all my nerves and stress melted away. The team at Seafire and our wedding team were so amazing to work with that we didn’t have to worry about a thing once we walked in.
