Chef Massimo De Francesca's penchant for simple, uncomplicated ingredients comes honestly. He studied at the Culinary Arts Program at George Brown College in Toronto, including a stint on Italy's Adriatic Coast with Michelin-starred chef Vincenzo Cammerucci. Now, Chef Massimo is thrilled to contribute to Grand Cayman’s coolest food scene at our diverse dining venues.
